Sales Operations Manager
Job Description:
You will be required to develop extensive product knowledge so as to offer technical support and educate our clients on our product, services and equipments. Collect and analyze customer & competitor data to discover areas that can improve customer satisfaction and drive results to meet sales quotas.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Set sales goals and quotas and work toward achieving them.
2. Identify customer needs and areas that can improve customer satisfaction and increase repeat business.
3. Communicate sales issues and solutions to upper management.
4. Generate high-quality sales leads.
5. Follow up with prospective clients after initial sales meeting.
6. Create new sales and Marketing Strategies.
